The worst people te deal with them, they are scam. they take you money and they never give your files. you will be not able to reach them ever b/c they just ignore you. if they say 3 weeks it will take 6 months and they don't care what you have to say b/c they have there ways how to make you pay upfront b/c you get a good deal.

Great community!! I love it here! Incredible views that would cost you 100k more anywhere else. I do a lot of entertaining and my friends love it for the ample street parking that you don't get in other parts of the City. And you can't beat 24-hour concierge staff. I feel safe when I'm leaving early in the morning or coming home late after work.

Fantastic community - very diverse and friendly. Great amenities, great location, many great views. Perhaps my favorite part is the gated walking trail - it's lit 24 hours a day and it's like a full acre so it's perfect for walking the dog. City Heights is one of the city's best kept secrets!

worst place ive ever had to deal with. totally screwed my car. dragged my 4wd car down the road. laft scratches all over the wheels and fenders. worst costumer service ive ever had to deal with. what ever you do dont use this company. there complete shams.
