I would give them 0 stars if I could! I have never been so disgusted with a company in my life. First they didn't tell me that the ink cartridges were not the brand name ones, they are a generic. Then they didn't tell me that they are used, refilled cartridges. My printer would not recognize the new cartridge. When It finally did, it printed OK, for a little bit. It only lasted half as long as a regular capacity cartridge, and these are supposed to be the large capacity cartridges. They also told me I had 60 days to try them, and I could return them if I wasn't happy with them. So when I called to return them, the lady was absolutly rude and nasty. I didn't deserve to be talked to that way. DO NOT use this company!
