My wife and I were looking at purchasing a new TV this past June. We noticed a new promotion from Queen City about "$300 in Gas and $300 in Groceries" and decided to check it out. The sales person promised that it was not a scam and that the $600 ($300 for gas and $300 for groceries) would be given out in Visa gift cards. After we purchased our TV we found out that there was a little more to it, we were required to submit receipts each month and then a third party would mail out the gift cards in $25 dollar increments. This would take approximately 12 months to see the full $600 dollars. Well we decided to keep the TV and proceed with the promotion. After approximately 6 weeks we were notified that the third party had gone out of business and that we would need to begin the entire process again with this new company. Well, it has been almost 6 months since we purchased the TV and we have not seen a dime from the "Promotion". We have repeatedly called and talk to everyone from the corporate office and they have all basically told us to "be patient...it's in the mail" and that "we could not be able to return the TV". Even thought they have yet to satisfy their end of the agreement. Not only will Queen City never see another cent from me, I will make sure that everyone I talk to knows how badly they treat their customers.

I had a god aweful visit!!!! They say they do neuromuscular therapy but it was aweful! I left in more pain then when I started.

I had to goto a different massage place to get fixed. I went to Curatio Rehabilitation and saw Billy. He got rid of the headaches that Massage Envy gave me and he only charges 35 an hour

I had no issue with this office until I just received my bill with soooo many coding errors. I mean do not get me wrong my children have been going here since they had teeth and there has not been any issues until now. It has on this recent bill that my 2 year old had a service that was not performed and I am being billed for flouride that I elected for them not to put on(they already had this early this year)..I am so mad and can not wait to contact them in the morning..I do agree that dr Hwang at the Mallard Creek office appears to not really be into children, she was sort of rough with my daughter b/c she was crying..She has been doing it since she was 1(whining when getting teeth cleaned) so I was a little taken at the treatment. I am seriously thinking about swapping my kids out b/c I am too P/O right now at the incorrect coding.

The pictures came back and the kids were not even smiling. This company should send out proofs before you order. Their prices are outragous!! The lady in finance named Vickie is very rude and unprofessional. This company is a million plus dollar company....why... because they are overpriced, and they charge fees (or their bank does) and they cannot explain it. Vickie would not let me get a word in a was yelling over the phone. You would think that you would be a little more kind to your customers. what ever happened to "THE CUSTOMER'S ALWAYS RIGHT"?
