We have our website and domain name registered and hosted with this company. In our opinion this is a one-man show and getting a hold of carl the owner is next to impossible. Our website has been down a dozen times over the last couple years as well as domain name issues.

Getting issues resolved was a horrible experience that resorted to us leaving threats of a law-suit in order to get issues fixed.

I would highly advise someone to stay away from this company and go with a company you can reach 24/7.
