Deviled eggs are just fancy boiled eggs, and I can't stand boiled eggs. That might sound a little goofy, but that's the way my tastes are.

Deviled eggs are one of the most common side dishes you'll find at a picnic, and they're also one of the few that you'll see me steer clear of. I can't stand rubbery boiled egg white.

a picnic staple....throw on a little plop of the yellow crap and sprinkle some of that red spice...and voila
