This label has a decent look, but the silver on the wheel on the left clashes with the green background. I like the look of the wheel in the background with the green color over top of it.

This is my least favorite. It seems to borrow elements from other automotive product labels in a fairly haphazard way. If you need to use green with silver, I'd warm up the silver tone so it doesn't clash as much. Handwritten text feels weird on this product, given the audience (presume male, 30-50, prius owner or guilt-ridden SUV owner) and shiny text feels a little cheap.I'd limit font selection to 3 at an absolute maximum on one label in order to make the whole thing feel less busy.

Not bad, still like Option A better though.
