Judge Judy is very intelligent, seems pretty well versed in all things legal, and must have once been the best student that Miss Manners ever had, but Judge Judy can be a little too much. I watch her show daily, but by the 3rd case her show fades into background noise for me as I flutter from one Facebook game (Yoville) to another (Fish World, ect).

disgusting woman.........many academically smart people are not aware of other aspects of self. Judge Judy's ego has certainly gotten away on her. I would never watch that garbage T. V. show.

I like her creative punishments: "You can't eat for a week!" I'll bet that guy was hungry when his sentence was up.

Judge Judy is an arrogant, ignorant bitch. She makes up her own rules half the time. It doesn't matter if you are right or wrong, if you make her mad, you lose. She won't let people talk. She is always saying, I'm smarter than you and I am a human lie detector. Of course, you have to be stupid to go on her farce of a show. When I see her I think, wow our government has really screwed up by not using this self proclaimed human lie detector down at Gitmo.

My wife loves her court show. I think she yells at people too much and has developed a giant ego. Maybe all the yelling helps her ratings?

Obnoxious does not even begin to describe this woman. I can think of alot of other words but I would probably get banned. I use to watch her show when I was in my early teens,back then I thought it was funny to see her act like she did. As an adult now when I see it I  think she comes off as a bully even worse than Nancy Grace does if that is possible.

Even the previews of her show annoy me.

I don't know if she's being that way to rake in the ratings or if she is naturally treating people that way. Even the ones she sides with she's nasty to.

I kind of don't feel sorry for those who choose to go on her show. You can't tell me they don't know what she's really like. It's not worth the fifteen minutes of fame.

Judge Judy is losing it! Used to love the show ... her attitude, her directness, her wit. But now she is just rude, nasty and arrogant. And she seems to be so into herself she has forgotten what the role of a judge is ... more and more I get the feeling she has decided the case before hearing it..by the way she treats people before her,refuses to let witnesses testify (what kind of a judge does that!).. and thinks her role is just to abuse people. Think she does a lot of harm now to public image of the law/courts.

The late,great Jack Benny used to have a routine  where a "bad guy" with a gun would say "your money oe your life? Benny would start by taking his time to think it over-and the audience would laugh while Benny "thought"....I have heard that people who go on "judge" shows get their fine's paid by the show;why else would anybody consent to go on this particularly obnoxious and I've heard one of the highest paid skanks....whoops TV actors around....my money or Judge Judy...?Take my money,please.

Is she obnoxious as a human being? Perhaps, she's not exactly attractive. However, I quite like the way she handles things in the court room. Law is not something everyone would enjoy enforcing, and not many understand that there's not supposed to be emotions involved when it comes to the law enforcement. Listening to the story? Well, story to what? All should matter is the evidence, as far as the law is concerned. She may be a little cruel telling people off and how ridiculous how they've gotten themselves into situations, but hey, let's be honest here, most of us think exactly the same way just that we don't normally like to be that straight forward with people in fear of hurting people's feelings.

She is completely ignorant. She needs to learn to shut up and listen to the cases. She's the one who talks too much and interupts everyone. How long can she represent American Law? She is a disgrace to the entire country! Remove her and all the other law enforcers that are out of control!

Judge Judy is Not a judge, she's an arbiter. Her courtroom is not a legal courtroom in any sense. She is a dried up old harpy who is in love with her own voice. If you plan on appearing on the show, go right ahead. Don't put up with her moronic crap, shout over the top of her if you want, call her names, hell... if she asks you a question, continuallly give her a raspberry even if she orders you to sit down. I reiterate, THIS IS NOT A COURT OF LAW!!! You are not going to go to jail, you are not going to be punished and you will still get your money for appearing on the show even if she storms out or you do. Don't take these hateful, ignorant womans's ridiculous diatribes. Laugh in her face and tell her she's a horrible example of a human being.

I don't believe in name-calling or belittling anyone, but this lady does seem to lack in compassion. I consider myself very emotional, and, upon meeting her, she would more than likely have me in tears before it was overwith. Honestly, though... at risk of repeating what others have said, the litigants who choose to be under her are sort of asking for it. Why should one exploit himself/herself on national television when it just isn't necessary? I guess people will resort to anything just to have a shot at being on TV. Courtroom situations are stressful enough as it is.

I stopped watching her show, along time ago.

She may be gruff, but she's usually right. I liked her better 8 or 9 years ago when she was in a kinder and more gentle stage of grand climacteric.

Not at all. She is a hard nosed judge and a great one. Judges have to be able to tell truth from fiction and try to give people something to walk away with that sticks. She does both very well. I believe that what she does on camera is very much what she does in real life. She is a smart no nonsence woman. I like the hell out of her. Not too much femaleness going on there but she is great at what she does.

I hate all of these stupid courtroom shows on daytime TV, and thankfully I don't ever have to see them on. Judge Judy is the worst of them all. Because of her the public thinks that a Judge has to yell and use snide remarks when ruling on a case. Her show is over the top and its annoying that she profits so much off of a faux court.

Judge Judy can (and is) be rude, arrogant, obnoxious and a bitchy person on the show. I believe she is told to act that way because when you see her on talk shows, she is normal and nice. She can put people down horribly and call them names but for some reason people take their cases onto her show -- so they get what they asked for.

She cannot be MOST obnoxious because there are thousands of people with personalities like hers. Fortunately, I don't find them all that bad.

She is flat obnoxious, but that is part of the show. Her job is to belittle the suckers on the show and rile up the audience.

She IS obnoxious.However,to be fair,she is an excellent interpreter of the law.

I don't so much understand why she became so popular to begin with. Her show is so fake it's not even funny and the accent is possibly the most grating on the entire earth. She's so rude and unprofessional and you would never see a real judge acting like that.

The best TV judge ever! She's feisty, smart, arrogant & full of piss & vinegar. I can't get enough of her! I love her sassy no nonsense attitude. Yes she's a first class yenta & a bitch on wheels, but that's why I find her so hilarious.

Judge Judy is not obnoxious. It is the litigants in her courtroom, especially young female litigants 18-25, who act like the obnoxious crybabies in her courtroom.

I don't think Judge Judy is really that obnoxious. She's loud, aggressive, intelligent and in control of her court room. I don't watch her show as much as I used to, but when I did I actually liked her take charge attitude. Some of the plantiffs/defendents were a bunch of morons anyway.

As I have said many times before, this woman is nothing but a bitch-on-wheels who should never be allowed to judge anyone or anything. I really wished they would take her show off the air. It makes me sick !

What the hell kind of judge is this lady supposed to be? She only hears what she wants to hear, and most of the time doesn't let anyone tell the whole story. I understand you have to be tough in the courtroom, but this lady is just obnoxious and rude.

She gets my vote for most obnoxious, though what she does wouldn't qualify as entertaining.
