CO-PAY MAL-PRACTICE I had owed only $20 copay per my insurance, Their office took security deposit when went for service 300 dollars extra. Staff is very very unfriendly, they lie all the time when we call for our money. Even after multiple calls from Insurance and us, They haven't returned our money for about 5 months now. Billing department is horrible, doesn't return calls. We will never go here again. Billing department says doctor micromanages billing so it is very bad that he is not returning our money.
