do not know of anyone personally. could be a danger if the safety pin came undone. or the paper clip got caught in the intestines.  glad my own kids did not do this.

This kinda reminds me of the David Spade movie Lost And Found when they found forign objects in the kidnapped dogs stomach when doing an x ray!

My aunt swallowed a safety pin when she was a kid. The DR said to my grandma that she'd be okay and it should come right out...and it did.
