I feel like they had a very great idea with the marketing and packaging of their brand. But I have to admit that the things I've tried have not been THAT fantastic. Just ok or so-so. But I do love the sayings and words they use on their products for descriptions.

Hope in a Jar is so overrated! I've read reviews stating it was such a luxurious cream when in fact, anything else on the market is thicker, better scented, and just as good for your skin. I've taken classes to make my own moisturizer and Hope in a Jar smells and feels just like what you would make in a beginner class. I definitely recommend heading to a dept store to check out this cream before you spend any money throwing caution to the wind and buying it online.

The best I've ever tried!!! I swear by the Philosophy line over all, they're worth every penny!

Philosophy's line of skincare are overpriced and overrated. I thought that I would mention about the scents of the skincare products, especially the moisturizing products being just plain weird. With Philosophy's Hope in a Jar having an almost sickening scent to it.
Philosphy's makeup products are the true gems of the line, in my opinion. As, their trio-concealer palette and SuperNatural Airbrushed Foundation are good buys!

Philosophy is a great! I love the Purity Cleanser and Hope in a Jar. Great quality. It's a clever line that really cares about the consumer.

Philosophy is by far the best out there in skincare! Im extremely sensative to all products..I have combo skin and my T-zone is soooooo bad..and with Hope in a jar..for all skin types is the right ticket! I also recommend Purity made simple..honestly never have I used a cleanser with out a toner..every where you go..they always recommend 2-3 things just to wash your face..and when your tired and lazy you just want to wash your face in one step..right ladies..anywho..Im in love with Philosophy and for those on a budget..its not that expensive..a little goes a long way so this is a great investment..

Hope in a Jar is a really great face cream. It seems to tighten my 46 year old skin! I also use (and like) Hope in a Tube, for eyes. It does not irritate my contacts. I really like Philosophy's cleanser, Purity made simple. Toner isn't needed. I also tried the Microdelivery peel system. It worked great, cleared my skin very nicely, including some blackheads on my nose I have had for years. I have dry, sensitive skin, so was concerned. I did have a little redness after using it and my skin seemed more sensitve than usual for a day or two. I would not want to over-use this product, but I will use it again (I think once a month would be enough). I am eager to try more products in this line. The cream seems a little heavy to put foundation on top, but the moisture and tightness is worth it.
