He's definetely one of the most famous athlete of all time, for his performance and charisma. He's one of a few who is loved by everyone; all races. It's strange to see him now, he's only about 70 but is about as frail as someone who is 90. I was at a charity event last night in Scottsdale and was about ten feet from him, but didn't shake his hand. There were lots of little kids who wanted to say hello. He seemed genuinely happy to be surrounded by people. Everyone was sort of in awe of him and although he can't knock anyone in the world out he still commands that sort of respect.

Capitalism and Boxing are the two best things ever.

Definitely cool, he had his own style in and out of the ring. Challenged you to rethink how you thought about boxers, and forced you to rethink how you felt about African Americans in this country. He was in your face bold and yet he did it with a wink. Talked a lot of smack and backed it all up the hard way, with his fist. On those days that he fell short, he never complained or made excuses, he just went back to the drawing board and found a way to succeed. He was a comet that flashed before us. Your damned right he's cool!

His name was cooler when it was 'Cassius Clay', but still cool all the same. One of the greatest boxers ever, although a little overrated.
