Had a good experience. Booked a Vegas package; Allegiant Air with Bellagio Hotel.
All went off without a hitch. Great value. No flight delays; all as promised; no surprises.
Would book through Allegiant again. Being a discount airline; the aircraft seat spacing was tight.
All Allegiant staff were pleasant. Worth the drive from Winnipeg to Grand Forks to catch the deal.

yesterday

What a horrible experience. We traveled to Orlando, Fl. with our three young children aged 7, 5, 2 for a vacation in Disney. With such an expensive vacation we were happy to find a rental car company with reasonable rates. We had reserved a mini-van 3 months prior to our vacation. We waited at the airport at 7 pm for over a half an hour for the shuttle. The shuttle finally came and we went to the rental office where there were only 2 customers on line 3 people working, but only one person helping customers and the other 2 standing around. After waiting another 1/2 hr. with 3 children that were exhausted and cranky we were finally helped. When it was finally our turn they informed us they didn't have mini-van and we could take a 2 door sedan. anyone traveling with 3 children 2 car seats and luggage for 8 days can see this wasn't going to work. We spoke with the manager who said there was nothing they could do they didn't have the car we reserved. It felt like an episode of Seinfeld where he discusses how they take the reservation but don't hold the reservation. What is the point of reserving a car 3 months in advance. After another 40 minutes or so of angry words and cranky kids the manager called another rental facility they could give us the car but we would have to pay an additional fee. We had no choice so we waited at Advantage for the shuttle from the other rental facility which was another 1/2 hr. and finally got to the new facility and they were able to give us a mini-van. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I guess it is true you get what you pay for. Lower rates for horrible service. From now on I will always go to a reputable company .

Worst experience. My brother booked the ticket in April 2009 from continental website his Nov 2009 journey. When he went for checkin (4 hours before flight time) He came to know that flight is overbooked, continental staff was not ready to talk, they blammed him that travel agent gave him ticket even if flight was ovebooked it is not their resposibility. After 2-3 hours arguments, he was able to get seat at 2 different location for him and his wife who was travelling with 3 month infant. When they was about to enter in the flight, air attendance told them they cannot take their carry bag inside flight. My brother and wife requested them many times to let them carry a small bag since it contains baby's dipper/cloths/formula but attendance staff was not ready to listen. Finally he just removed few dippers and formula from bad and kept it in small plastic bag. In other hand bag he had some original documents for visa and jwellary the bag was not locked since it was carry on but airline staff forced him to checked in that bag to go with cargo without lock. The staff was trating them like they are travelling without paying. This is the worst airline. This experience was for international flight from Newark, NJ to Mumbai, India.
I will never travel with this airline again. If you are travelling with kids, be careful. The staff s so rude that they don't care for 3 months old baby also.

I have flown on Delta many times to all parts of the USA. My most recent flight was from MCO to HNL via MSP the aircraft type was an A330-300. I was in first class, with lie flat seats, lumbar massages
and AVOD (Audio Video On demand) screens with free movies and games. We received two meals and many snacks on the 8.5-hour flight. The service was great and the flight attendants were very helpful and went out of their way to make you flight great.

My other trips (to over a 100 cities in the USA) I have used Delta/Northwest and never really had a problem just minor mix-ups (that every airline will have). Coach class is good with good amount of legroom and the seats are wide. The service is good with the choice of Coke products, peanuts, cookies, and mini pretzels. Customer service is always very good with Delta with their knew customer service agent they are really stepping up to the plate.
I fly many commuter flights as well, those are small but what airline does not have small

commuter planes. The seats are small but comfortable, there is limited legroom but it is not that bad, also the service is good but not as good as mainline delta. With short flight it does not really matter that the seats are not as comfortable as others, it is so quick you don’t even notice.

Seems like the reviews for fox rent a car a little bit mixed here. I have to say, that I had a good experience with them. Saved me about $ 400 renting from fox in LA. Ok, the building is a bit shabby, but I am renting the car, not the building, right. Other than that, I cant complain about anything. Staff was friendly, airport pick up was within 20 minutes and I only had about 4 people in front of me, so I got my car within about 45 minutes after getting on the shuttle. I will rent from fox again, thats for sure!

TERRIBLE AIRLINE - STAY AWAY.
I flew from Mesa, Arizona to Eugene, Oregon with my family. When I made the reservations, I told the customer service representative that I had a child, under 2 years old. He told me it was OK ... He would fly for free, on my lap. When I got to the airport, they charged me $271 for my child, who is under the age of 2, Lap child according to FAA regulations.
The counter person told me I had to submit a REFUND by mail.
It's been 2 months and I have not heard anything back from them. Disputed the charge with the bank, and they are working on it.

THIS AIRLINE IS THE WORST EVER!
How can they be allowed to be in business. Contacting BBB of Las Vegas to give them a piece of my mind.

DONT TRAVEL WITH ALLEGIANT AIRLINES.

I am a frequent flyer--my first with allegiant.
I haven't even take my flight yet, but I have a major complaint
with the servce. I have been trying to inquire about the fees for
checked baggage--the info from #65 on their list of requirements
reads like a government tax form.
I've called Allegiant for a real live interpretation and all I get is a
voicemail that says they will call you back. But after several calls and
no callbacks, I've given up.

My daughter highly recommended this airline to us, so I'm hoping the
rest of our experience with them will help match my daughters enthusiasm.

In future I would rather use a more conventional airline, pay a little more
and get treated like I'm an actual customer.

I have dealt with more then a few rental companies but none have been as big a joke as this place. We decided to use them when going to Ft. Lauderdale a few weeks ago as they were considerably cheaper then all the competition. That apparently should have been the red flag. When we finally arrived at the rental car location after waiting forever for a shuttle and then taking a cab we we're greeted by a line. We we're told by others wating there that despite it being a Saturday they only had one person checking working on checking out the cars. We then waited for an hour, outside in the heat because they have no lobby to speak of, before we were seen. The salesman then did his usual spiel trying to sell everything he could. When we did finally get a car no one walked us out or explained any of the features of the car. Glad it wasn't complicated. When I called their customer service line I was told this was their standard operating procedure and there was nothing they would do about it.

When we retuned our car it was a little less painfull. However, when I asked a question about the Sunpass I could not get a straight answer. I accidentally drove through a Sunpass lane and just wanted to know what the charge would be. I was told they would charge me either $2.50 for a one day pass (reasonable) or a $2.50 pass for 10 days. Considering I only rented the car for 7 days to begin with that would be ridiculous. I am still waiting to see what the actual charge will be. In the end I am not sure it was worth the $100 we saved. They were a major hassle and completely unprofessional!

Great people but quality of product is very bad. I ordered a luxury car and got what I ordered, but inside was filthy, tires barely legal tread, shocks were shot, shuttle van old filthy and one burnt out head light. I went through Fox because of the good price and if that is the only decission then I guess they are worth it, but I would never ride in their cars again, just not safe.

JetBlue is the best airline I've ever used! I fly out of JFK regularly, which is their hub. From the ease of the online purchase experience, to the moment I step off of the Airtrain and walk into the terminal, they've set up their airline so that your complete flying experience is as easy as possible. Before I even got to the main terminal, there were a set of kiosks with no lines, where you can check in. When I got to the main terminal, there were more kiosks and several areas if you prefer to check in with a person. (You can also print out your boarding pass online while you're at home, and skip this part all together.) When you get past security, it's almost like a high-end mall with great restaurants, etc. There's a "food court" area with burgers, sandwiches and more to choose from. (I use quotes because it's nicer than your typical food court.) There's a nice sushi bar. They have a big open space with tables and chairs - you can connect to you computer using wi-fi. Even the little details, like having automatic anti-bacterial foam dispensers strategically placed, are really nice (e.g., before you enter the food court they have a few). And, they have people standing around who can answer your questions. There's even a desk area set up where I found 3 people who were not swamped dealing with other things, who were sitting behind a sign that said "How can I help?" (After a horrible experience with American Airlines having to hunt someone down, then to only have him take me to some random gate where I had to stand in line, all to find out where my connecting gate was because THEY neglected to post this information on their screens, I am an even bigger fan of JetBlue.) I've flown them 5 times this year, and they haven't been late once (even getting to our destination early a couple of times). But even if I do get delayed while waiting for a JetBlue flight in the future, that's expected and I would still give them top ratings. As far as the flight goes, they have comfortable seats, the crew is always nice, funny and light. AND the best part is they have TV sets in each headrest, with several channels, that can be individually controlled. I could go on... I never do this, really, and I'm not an employee... I just told an employee I loved their airline, and he said "write a review" so I did!
