Kashi Honey Sunshine Cereal is just okay in my opinion. The cereal looks like Captain Crunch and tastes similar to Sugar Smacks aka Honey Smacks. It definitely needs sweetner and a lot of it. I had to add 3 Splenda packets for it to even be the least bit palatable. The texture is grainy (it tastes healthy). It gets soggy quickly in milk that's the only part I liked since I am a fan of soggy cereal. However, many people like their cereal to be crunchy so if you are one of those people you are really going to dislike this cereal because it becomes soggy the instant it hits the milk. You can also snack on it without milk but I wouldn't recommend that either.
I have tried many Kashi products and I haven't liked a single thing they make. I've tried everything from crackers to waffles and all of their products taste like cardboard to me. The Honey Sunshine Cereal is definitely the best of the worst but it is not something I would ever purchase again.
