I've been using Arbonne products off/on since 2006. There are some products I really like and have continued to order - then there are other products that I don't care for. The RE9 skincare line is actually pretty good. The skin rejuvenating cream from the Intelligence line I love to use on my face, scars and as a hair moisturizer. The eye shadows are actually pretty good as well, but I don't like the mascara or the foundations. I've noticed the foundations do not oxydize well, and turn darker and somewhat an orange color towards the end of the day. I signed up as a consultant, but do not market the products. I signed up to get the discount; which is a benefit for the items that I do order on a regular basis. As for the skeptics out there ... it does take time to see results as it would for most products. Also for those who speak down on MLM companies ... there are many companies out there that are legit and provide a quality product. I see Arbonne as one of them and I've never made a penny from it. MLM's are a great way businesses market their product with very little overhead. It's an opportunity for people to do something different and enjoy life - instead of being negative people working the 9-5 grind or whatever hours they put in. Most people involved in MLM are positive people and see life as an opportunity and most who are serious do not speak bad about other product lines. They know to respect the differences that are out there - whether retail or MLM. I'm all for making a second nest egg for my future through an MLM I believe in. Arbonne has some good products, but it's not the MLM for me. So for those who continue to speak down about something they know nothing about ... do some research.

Looking at all the reviews written here..it looks like iQ Derma is a scam. All the good ratings given here it looks like they are from the iQ Derma manufacturer or resellers.

I'm in my late 60's and have been using this product for more than 2 years. It works, I love it and definitely would not say so if I didn't. I've used a multitude of skin care products in the past spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars. THEY DIDN'T WORK. IQ DERMA DOES!

Horrible customer service!! First of all the guy I orderd on the phone with gave me the wrong info and said I would be getting a free compact. I called and they said someone will have to listen to the conversation and get back to me. She calls me back and said yes he said that...but he didn't say you get a brush though. You'd think they would throw that on for me!! Then I place an order for brushes...a special they were having. I waited and waited until finally I call and they say they were out of stock. Then one of the customer service reps said I would get refund on shipping which I never did. Oh I forgot to mention the first order they sent me the wrong color! So...they had to replace all these items..the compact, the right color etc...and the customer service girl mentioned I was getting alot of "free items"..I said what!! Are you kidding me! Those were replacements...
So I returned everything out of sheer frustration. I will NOT pay money to a company who treats customers this way....why would I when I can go into Sephora or Nordstroms and be treated like a princess.
SO anyway...I return all the items...3 seperate orders in one package. I only received credit for ONE order. I have to call again to get the rest of the credits. She said was there anything wrong with the items... I said it has been the worst customer service ever...she said oh im sorry.
So I call corporate to vent my frustration and she kept transfering me to automated customer service...then when I would call back she kept hanging up on me.
Seriously.....horrible customer service.
There is actually so much more, but I don't want to waste any more time......

Difficult return process - I purchase the product July, returned it because the product did not work as it stated. It's the middle of November and I still haven't received my refund - the company lost my return, eventually found it and still hasn't sent my refund.

I recently purchased this machine on HSN. I think the results are remarkable! I put on my regular moisturizer, plug in the unit and I am ready to begin. The makeup gives me a flawless and dewy look to my skin. It lasts all day! I really don't believe that it takes too long to apply it or to clean it and put it away (maybe 5 extra minutes)! A small price to pay for the results. I do, however, agree with some of the other reviews - You really need to watch the DVD to get the best results!

I have sensitive skin and definitely would NOT recommend this product. I have battled break-outs all my life, but before trying this product, I had pretty much gotten my skin under control. After only 1 day of trying BE, my skin immediately started breaking out (and not just small pimples, the BIG ones!). Not to mention, it left a burning sensation on my skin after a messy application. I decided to use it 1 more day and then switched back to my old routine. Within 2 days, my skin cleared up and felt back to normal. A week later I decided to give it one more try (I felt wasteful for dismissing the product so quickly), and, much to my dismay, had the very same exact reaction - red/stinging skin and a broken out face. I hope I can return this product.. I wish I would have tested it before purchasing. Either way, I will NOT use this product again. I would have given it 0 stars, if possible.

I have tried so many different mascaras, but for the last couple of years I have only been using Lancome's products. Their mascaras are by far the best! I have tried different brands and find myself coming back to Lancome every time. I am especially happy with the Hypnose. It excentuates your lashes and it does not leave them lumpy like many other mascaras do. I use it pretty much every day and one of the main problems that I have with other brands is that they dry out too fast. This is not the case with the Hypnose. Try it, you'll be surprised! I'm sure you won't go back to other brands :)
