This watch is really cute and my son loves it. The flip open face cover seems sturdy and the interchangeable bands are nice. Unfortunately, there is no way to secure the face to the bands, they just slide in. This means that my very active four year old often finds that the watch face catches on something and slides right out of the bands, falling onto the floor. If your child is as fidgety as mine, you may prefer a watch with a single permanent band. Otherwise, the watch is great and I'm hoping as he gets a little older he'll be able to wear it without losing it.
