My extended family has been on MaxGXL in varying doses for almost two years with no side effects and some amazing benefits. There are tens of thousands of people taking MaxGXL and, as with any supplement, I am sure there are some reported side-effects or reactions. In addition there are tens of thousands of incredible stories about improvement in health, immune system, mental clarity and vitality.
In reading reviews it is always wise to look to the bias of the reviewer. I am a health care worker and share MaxGXL (in addition to other nutritional supplements from other companies) with people and let them make their own decisions after trying free samples and/or studying the literature. I believe in this product, in the research and developement behind it and in the people that form the company from owners to clinicians to people in the field sharing the Max story.
We do this by directing people to the research, to the VETRIFIED studies on NAC and the other components in MaxGXL and then letting them make an informed decision. Please Google NAC, Cystiene, Gutathione and read the studies and clinical documents. There is nothing to hide and no ulterior motive.
Two reviewers below however do seem to be on a vendetta and the key words in the most recent reviewers article lead me to wonder if he/she does not work with one of the competitors of Max. Bio-"..." protein and whey protein are the words of their company. This person is TOXIC and seems to be on a personnal mission to trash NAC and MaxGXL. Do we really believe that several members of his community were hospitalized or even went to the hospital after trying MaxGXL?!? Come on - this is not the stuff of reality.
NAC has been an incredible tool for the healing (including Holistic) Medical community and nutritional supplement community for decades. NAC is used to treat everything from broncitis, to liver disease, to AIDS, to cardiac problems, to Autism, to Parkinsens, and on, and on..........Please provide one shred of clinical documentation to show anyone being damaged by NAC including young children being treated for Autism with large doses of NAC.
What the anti-NAC folks (most of whom are representing another product being impacted by MaxGXL) would direct you to is a small, non-human, study out of South Carolina that after some other attempts cannot be collaborated. Most of the data and side effects noted are based on enourmous quantities of NAC, far beyond what is found in MaxGXL.
NAC in large, mega doses, does cause some reactions in SOME people like diarrhea, vomiting, etc just as a mega dose of any product has the potential of doing. Eat the six pounds of aspargras needed to move your glutathione up like a supplement and see if you don't get a little headache or diarrhea.
The last reviewers email address says it all. Search the motive, the facts and what you percieve to be truthful statements and make your own best decision.
Truth, honesty, transparency and Grace in how we talk about other companies and products will go a long way to creating a strong trust and belief in the nutritional supplement industry.
Thanks for reading and blessings in your day, week, month, year and Life!
