I recently purchased a CM1010B 12 cup programmable coffeemaker, It makes good coffee and I like my coffee. I make at least 3 pots a day. My complaint is with the pot. I have tried to pour coffee from it without it dripping. I found it impossiable to do. I have to hold it over the sink to pour a cup, when I do a up also goes down the drain. I am 60 years and can't drive to return it to the store, so basicly I am stuck with a pot that is defective. I have called your 1-800 number their response was if I have the receipt just return it. If only life was that easy. I realize I won't get a response to this complaint. It will just disappear.
