i've been using this place for over 3 years, it's always kept clean and never have i had to wait for a washer nor a dryer. i stop using a neighboring laundry mat due to my clothes disappering while i stepped out, i have not had this problem here. the hours great they open real early and also just started opening on sunday. they've recently added double washers and only charge $2 a double load, the washer sizes go from single loads to 5 loads (6 loads i think). i have used they're dry cleaning service which i believe to be reasonable priced and always ready on the day quoted. i'm glad they are located around the corner from me cuz this makes my life easier.

I have shopped for my Bridal Gown all over Atlanta, and I have found the gown selection and service to be the very best at Brides by Demetrios. I would like to highly recommend this store to any future brides. The Manager Lisa was the best!

"THE WORST, MOST UNHELPFUL, RUDE, AWEFUL, DISHONEST, INSULTING PEOPLE EVER!

My fiance ordered her wedding dress here and not only was it a month late getting here, it was the completely wrong dress so revealing that a hooker wouldn't wear it, let alone a girl on her wedding day. My fiance was devastated and rather than apologizing, the staff told her, "you didn't order the other dress because we all know you couldn't afford it."

This was bad enough to make me get a yelp account just to publicize how truly awful this place is. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS."

This dry cleaning service is not to be trusted with clothing items. They shrunk my wool pants and returned several skirts with new stains! They were rude and inconsiderate when I showed them what they had done to my clothes. I would never give them my business again, and certainly don't trust them to take care of clothes. They offer no compensation for items that they destroy.

This place charges $150 for 4 nights of instruction for a very disappointing digital camera class. The owner/instructor uses slides for visuals that are outdated and not good; ie, a line drawing of a 35 mm camera that looks like my 20 year minolta. Also, the studio itself is old, stained carpeting, makeshift classroom. The first night we had 5 people, the 2nd night we had 3, and I don't know who showed up for the last 2 nights. I decided not to go back after seeing his slides. I expressed my displeasure via an email and requested a refund of at least half of the class charge. He never responded back, and I wish I would have used a credit card. The classes held here are NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. Hide

I have been using New York Tailor for years to hem my pants - at 5'6" I have to hem almost all my pants. Last weekend I brought in an expensive, brand new pair of pants to have them hemmed. Today, when I went to pick up my pants, as the woman was hanging them up, I noticed large stains on the bottoms of both legs. She called her husband, the manager. All he could say, over an over, was that there was NO WAY this happened in his store. I assured him that when I brought the pants in they were not like that. He even agreed that if they were like that when I came in I would have noticed it. Yet, he assured me there was NO WAY that could have happened in his store. He wasn't even willing to help with trying to dry clean them or with some type of reimbursement. So now I'm stuck with expensive, ruined pants. THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF TAILORS IN ATLANTA - USE SOMEONE ELSE!

The girls were nice but the dresses are huge, the sizes are really off. They said they were comparable to Banana Republic sizes and they aren't and they won't alter for free!
