I'd very much like to contact the owner(s) of Antique Treasury. If you know where, or how, I can get in touch with them, I' appreciate the info. Jan at jmaue360@aol.com

Gomez Gallery closed down a few years ago.  Too bad, it was likely the best gallery in town.

This gallery is a must see. The work is unique and sophisticated. A great space too!

The Walter's Art Museum features collections of art that spans the ancient world to the early 20th century (I lean more towards ancient art, so their ancient Egyptian and Greek collection is fascinating). I believe it was there, quite a while back, that they also had on display the Chinese Terra Cotta Warriors (no longer there); it was a pleasant experience then as well. The Baltimore Museum of Art (aka the BMA) is a considerably smaller place than some of the nearby museums in DC, but that's a good thing; it allows for a much more intimate, quieter experience. On display is the Cone collection, which features works by Matisse, van Gogh, Cezanne and Picasso, amongst others; they also have a pretty good collection of prints. Definately worth visiting. The Maryland Science Center is a great place, especially for kids (12 and under). Hands-on exhibits entertain even the adults, and relatively recent renovations include a fairly nice dinosaur exhibit. I've written a more detailed comment under Baltimore Attractions, for more info. Also, check out their website at http://www.mdsci.org/
