Great Service, with very cheap price compared to other tow truck companies that leech your money for destination fee. This towing company is a family business and treat u with respect, even though their English is not that great.

I contacted Geers Towing, through AAA, for roadside battery service. One of the technicians responded to my call without proper battery testing equipment, but said with certainty that the battery was not the problem - and that I should get my car towed to the dealership for service. Doubting his claims, I called AAA back requesting a different techinician with proper equipment. Sure enough the same techinician responded to my second call. However, he did bring with him a battery gauge to test my battery. On his second visit, he said that it WAS the battery and not the engine. He quoted me a price to replace the battery, and I approved this service. However when he was done replacing the battery, the price he quoted was nearly $80 higher. I was floored, and asked him why there was such a disparity. He said that I didn't ask him the price, but rather asked him the size of the battery. Get real! Why would I be concerned with the size of the battery. On top of this sham, the techinician did not give me a copy of my receipt, and I had to call the office to request a copy sent to me. I also complained with AAA,the BBB, and with the service manager. The service manager was rude and did not appoligize. He said that I asked the technician the battery size and not the price. He did say he would send me a copy of the receipt though. I would not recommened this company. Even if the techinician made a mistake quoting me the price, the customer service I received was horrible.

I live in a large apartment complex and people are always parking in my assigned space. I guess they have some agreement with the company or manager or whatever, but when someone parks in my space they come and tow them away. the longest I ever waited for them was like 15 minutes.

This damn company sucks... They charge fees for no reason and if you start complaining or even argue with them they will charge you an extra fee for that...(stupid huh). Oh wait and ontop of everything they tow your car for apparently no reason.  Then they give you dumb reasons as to why they towed it, like becuz it didn't look clean or becuz they THOUGHT it was abandoned...  Looks like the economic crisis is hitting them hard if they have nothing better to do than tow random cars...If you come in contact with this company i suggest you file a small claims on them... becuz they will call the cops on you.. but i guess at that point you actually want the police there...;)

The short version of this story is that I took my car in for a problem I was having with the air conditioner, and when they called me with a rediculous estimate, I told them not to fix it and I would come by to pick the car up. After taking the car home, I discovered that the technician had deliberately damaged my vehicle. The complete story is below, if anyone is interested.

My air conditioning was not working, and so I took it in to McPeek's Dodge and they replaced the switch on the dash. They charged me $250 to replace a switch, but I agreed to pay it so I can't really complain about the price. When we picked it up, the air conditioner worked but the fan would no longer blow when set to low. We brought the car back expecting them to take care of it, and instead was told it was going to cost another $150 to replace the blower resistor. I told them not to fix it, that for that price I would fix it myself, and went down to pick up the car.

I immediately went home to remove the blower resistor, but I could not get the connector off. After an hour of struggling with it, I finally managed to force it off and then found that they had glued it in! As a result, both the resistor and the connector on the wiring harness are ruined. The glue had not yet fully hardened, if I hadn't gone straight home to work on it I may never have gotten it off.

I returned to the dealership and spoke with the owner, hoping that he would take care of the problem. I was not looking for compensation, I was only hoping that he would address the issue so it would not happen again to anyone else. I showed him the damage to the car, and he brought the service manager over to look at it. The service manager immediately denied gluing it, and then they called the technician that had worked on the car. He also denied gluing it, and that was good enough for the owner. "They said they didn't do it," was the only response I got from him.

This dealership has a very friendly staff up front. They are all smiles and handshakes when they're trying to take your money, but behind the scenes they will do whatever they can to take advantage of you. And if you ever have any trouble, you will definately see their true colors. I would recommend avoiding McPeek's Dodge at all costs!

My car got rear ended. Other person's insurance company sent me to this place. At first unsure because I never heard of them. Ended up fixing up all issues perfectly! They also had a car for me to use while mine was being worked on. The accident ended up being less of a problem because of these people.

These gents are used to working on high end cars. Don't think they treat a Maserati the same as a Chevy though. If your paint doesn't match or your trunk isn't closing smoothly and its a regular american-made economy car, they'll tell you that those Chevys arent perfect coming out of the factory, and since its just a cheapo vehicle, the trunk probably never closed right. Very demeaning.
