My husband and I recently purchase a home in OC and have visited a few places for carpets. I found Rite Loom through the official Karastan website and randomly chose to give them a call for prices. Pete was the one who helped me figure out the precise color I was interested in and we instantly connected right over the phone because he was really easy to talk to, and their prices were lower than others.
After visiting their showroom, my husband and I met with Pete in person and discussed further details about the carpet as well as kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, bathroom tiles, and etc. I didn't realize they do it all, but we decided to do one thing at a time. When the time came for our free estimate, Pete came by our house with his lovely wife Jean and we totally fell in love with them! They are so passionate and very knowledgable - Jean is actually an interior designer so she gave us numerous ideas...even ideas that they wouldn't benefit from. Their advice was more like a free consoltation with a professional designer and was very pleased with the service, without ANY "salesman" pressure.
Yesterday we had our carpet installed and we have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS about it. The installer was extremely professional and their work is SUPERB! We cannot express how pleased and lucky we are to have found a company that made everything comfortable for us. I've owned a home before so I know what it's like to work with different companies to do various work. However Pete and his Rite Loom staff is ABSOLUTLY FANTASTIC and I wanted everyone to know how much my husband and I appreciate them from the bottom of my heart!
Pete even called us this morning to ask how we felt about the carpet. What companies do you know that would do this type of customer service for you? I swear to God, you must check out Rite Loom in Anaheim and you will not be dissapointed! We love you guys and thank you all for making our house beautiful! Love, MK~
