The same could be said of a few others on this list. And where is "L'Age d'Or," "Chien Andalou," "Guess Who's Coming to Dinner," "It Happened One Night," "If.." "Citizen Kane," "Short Eyes," "Dogma," "Soldier Blue," "The Outlaw," "Salo," "Intolerance," "She Done Him Wrong," "Lolita," "Justine," "Midnight Cowboy," "MASH," "Inserts," "Straw Dogs," "Death Wish," "Badlands," "Pink Flamingos," "Rocky Horror Picture Show," "Blow-Up," "Salvador," and "Pretty Baby," to name a bunch that were more controversial in their day, and in some cases still today, than many that Entertainment Weekly has selected.
Oh, and if they wanted to put a controversial cartoon on the list, here are a couple of genuinely controversial selections for that genre: "Fritz the Cat," and "Heavy Traffic"
