A very old and effective con that has strong overtones of blackmail and extortion. There are numerous variations, but the key elements are that the male (always) mark is lured into a hotel room by the female grifter for sex. At this point variants include the male grifter breaking in and playing the role of outraged husband who can only be prevented from physical abuse by a cash payment, threats of exposure by photo or video evidence being delivered to the mark's wife or workplace, or accusations of rape. There are variants where the female grifter claims to be underage (post consummation) with subsequent threats by the male grifter (usually playing a brother or a father in this case) going to the police.
The principle here is that the mark will be too embarrassed or too afraid of the consequences of exposure not to pay up. In this case, he truly does get fucked. Twice.
