Control is an illusion. People try to do too many things at once and usually wind up doing a mediocre job at a few of them. Do the most important thing first and do it well. I tell the knobs at the office to stop 'multitasking'. . .do the f##king thing right and then move on to the next thing. . .

A very clever addition to the list that I missed - bravo to the bright bulb. . .

Somewhat serious and merits attention- but I'm a believer that you win the games in the regular season to avoid this hassle (although it didn't help the Cubs). . .fans were a part of the game 100 years ago (read the stories of fans moving the 'foul rope' back or forth depending on who was batting!) and I think that 'fan cheating' has actually gone way (way) down from its lawless and hostile beginnings.

Still, three stars for this worthy addition. . .
