They charged for work that was not done. Would not provide legible receipts for work done. Left plumbing leaks, toliet running (in vacant house, which was not discovered until received huge water bill), etc. Charged $250 for video allegedly taken of sewer drain; provided $10,000 estimate stating we needed a new sewer line. Would not provide video. Later, someone else replaced/repaired just the overflow drain (not sure if terminology is correct);however, we have had no problems since. Puchased very expensive water heater from them. They would not provide manual or warranty. Told me to call them if they had any problems. When called about the multitude of problems touched on above, they would not respond.
We've had problems with water heater, which is apparently a good, reputable brand, but refuse to call them back. That is what brought us to this site: to try to find a plumber to repair or replace that water heater.
