If you are considering having your meds filled here, go somewhere else! Go to Walmart, CVS or anyplace but here.. I took a prescription here and every time I went to have it filled and refilled it was nothing but a hassle. The people are nice, I give them that, but they are not helpful. The reason I feel this way is because my doctor was going to try me on some new meds and he gave me a discount card so I could get my meds filled and only pay 5 dollars each time I had it filled for a year. I took this card to "Your Pharmacy" and after trying to process the card for an hour, they said the stipulations had changed on the card and I'd have to pay $7.95, so giving them the benefit of the doubt, I said "ok" and paid it.. The next time I went to have it refilled, they had it ready..guess what? It was $5.00.. I went the next month and they tried to charge me full price for the meds which was like $160.00, I told them it wasn't suppose to be but $5.00 and they weren't suppose to file it with my insurance... They reprocessed it and came back and said the stipulations had changed on the card, it would be $9.95... I said hold on, first month you say it's $7.95..then $5.00 and now it's $9.95..... which is it? I finally told them to just give me my card back and I'd go someplace else... It's like everytime I went in there, there was some kind of issue with my prescription, and I had to go thru the hassle all over again until I got fed up with it. Either the billing person is to incompetent to process the card and doesn't do it right or they just don't want to fool with them and they make everything a pain in the @$# for you until you go someplace else.. Ether way, I or any of my family won't be going there and I will also give it a negative recommendation to all my friends
