I talked to their service manager Roger right away, no voice mail. I really liked Rogers attention to details and personal service. After Roger explained the charges, I made an appointment.
The next day Jay a repairman showed up and on Time. He quickly diagnosed my Problem to a incorrect setting and a bad component video cable.
In under 30 minutes he had my picture better than EVER !
Jay also told me to Get a high quality Surge suppressor,
Then I got the Bill. I could not believe it ! It was less than $100.00 dollars. I was so happy I gave him a $20.00 tip.
I was expecting to get soaked, and Jay could of. But they are just too honest, I still think, I did not pay enough.
So When I have another problem, I'm calling Elmbrook Electronics Inc. 262-789-7737.
