WHY CAN'T I GIVE IT A ZERO STAR? It won't let me I GIVE IT A ZERO!
I bought this whirlpool Dishwasher replacing a dishwasher that was over 20 years old it still worked but it wasn't energy star and it looked old. I thought buying a new dishwasher thinking that they would have improved after 20 years but I was wrong! I had my dishwasher for 4 months and it doesn't work I washed the dishes 5 times even rinsed them off to almost clean but nothing they just got more dirty. I called the service center and they gave me a list of numbers to call Why do I have to call? All I got was voicemails for over a week and no return calls EVER! I looked a number up of people I know that sell Whirlpools and they told me it would take 10 days just to come out to look at it. I would NEVER EVER Buy this dishwasher again. I was so excited at first because it washed so well and then slowly over the 4 months it was BAD and now nothing just a smelly mess for over 3 weeks until someone can come look at it. It is the worst machine and the worst customer service ever. Buy anything except this it couldn't be any worse.
