I LOVE it! First time, my sitter asked if I did something different to my hair. That was just the first time and with the moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. I have found there is a difference if U buy at a drugstore versus from "Samy". (His salon or HSN) I bought at local place, thinking, "Way Cool" and cheaper. But, it did not do the same thing. Not sure why, but definitely noticed a difference. At time, I had BIG BIG BIG hair. Very long, past middle of back and VERY thick! Now, I have since gotten Thermal Reconditioning and still love it! Still use the moisturizing, but likethe new ecsencia line. Not sure on the glossing spray yet, have not used enough, but believe I am digging the tame my frizz stuff. Does not smell great, but goes away and does the trick. It has been over 7 years that I started using. Hope this helps :)
