Would NOT recommend the TaxCut 2009 software.

I found a major bust. Program allows you to enter info for standard mileage deduction, but does not carry the deduction forward to Schedule C. Since I had to compensate manually, I can't e-file. I reported this to Customer Service, but they did not give me any assistance. Just said they would "report the problem".

This error, if not discovered, would result in higher Self-Employment tax (Social Security) AND higher income tax owed. Not a good thing.

Purchased in July 2009
Failed in Jan 2010
Supposed to have Two Year warranty, that's why I bought it for my daughter.
The drive inside the case Failed this one being a Hatachi model HDT721010SLA360.
If you punch in the SE # MH2X909K on Hatachi support site www.hitachigst.com it tells you to contact the seller.
Lacie said they will not supply a replacement drive.

My cousin and I both bought brother mfc240 all in one printers fourteen months ago. Hers for a hme bousiness printing reciepts and mine was for college. Hers lasted 13 months and mine fourteen. We are both getting a paper jam. When we took them to be repaired the techs both said that they wanted a sensor and that it was cheaper to buy a new printer. what a waste of money.

It's a below-average computer in an above-average case.

By no means is it a crappy computer... it's decent. But for its price you could get a really great desktop, or a beefed-up regular MacBook. What you're really paying for here is the beauty, and the precision-engineered design. It is pretty much the most gorgeous laptop on the market.

Basically, if you want to have a good, fast, high-performance laptop, buy a regular Macbook with all the bells and whistles instead. If you want a really sexy-looking, lightweight, thin laptop, the Air is for you.
