I don't need my clothes as bright as the burning sun. I don't need my clothes as soft as...well, something extremely soft. And I don't need my clothes smelling like a flower shop. I just need my clothes clean and comfortable! Purex does the job, and for a good price.

I have sensitive skin (general itchiness, eczema), especially when cold weather starts to creep in. So, to help me fight my battle with the itch this winter, I decided to switch to as many fragrance free and hypoallergenic products as I could find. I chose Purex Free and Clear for my laundry, as the scented varieties have always cleaned my clothes well enough.

But would this "Free and Clear" be up to the challenge? Is it inferior? I put it to the test, washing a load of my clothing, some of which was stained with greasy itch creams, some of which smelled kind of rank because my itchy, irritated armpits had to go without deodorant for a few days while they healed.

And guess what? My clothes came out...CLEAN. Nothing more, nothing less. Threw them in the dryer with a couple of unscented dryer sheets, opened up the dryer a bit later to check on them, and was greeted by the smell of simply clean clothes. Quite refreshing actually.

The real test was to smell the armpits of the shirts that had to suffer the wrath of my unhampered sweat glands. They smelled like...nothing. Awesome. I am now sitting here writing this review in my pajamas which were laundered with this product. I feel less itchy already.

yesterday

My wife originally purchased the 8000 dollar Neptune series garbage can about two and a half years ago, I'm an industrial maintenance technician, and that fact alone has probably saved us thousands in labor in itself, however I'm still about 600 dollars in parts into it. The plastic knbs and control valves are cheap and come apart easily. The electrical on the tub would easily be a nightmare for an average homeowner. The LED lighting system is not very moisture protected, so I have spent over 6 hours with a meter tracking the daisy-chain wiring all the way around the tub. The pressboard on the tub frame skirts has naturally gotten wet and is coming apart as well. The filter replacements are over 50 bucks each, the pressure switch for the filtering system has gone bad, the waterfall control valve, the clamshell control valve, several jets have flown apart, and I've spent countless hours fixing the plumbing on the thing, it's all cheap PEX pipe (the factory pipe on mobile homes) glue in fittings. The cheap plastic drain valve came apart, pouring the tub water everywhere. Dynasty wants 50 bucks for a new plastic one( hint: go to Lowes, buy a brass boiler drain valve, and a hose clamp for 8 bucks, it will last longer than the hot tub!!) I wish I had never seen this hot tub, much less owned it, if Thermospas will do a trade with me, I'll buy a better assembled piece of equipment. The dealer my wife purchased the spa from went out of business shortly after the purchase ( I see why!!) making the closest Dynasty dealer over 70 miles from our home(good thing I can do my own labor, they charge extra for the drive!!) anything warranty on the hot tub after the first year, you can forget about it!! This is no longer a tool for pleasure, but a huge maintenance headache!! Customer service at Dynasty?? Forget about that too!! An emergency technical support number takes you straight to an answering machine, you should hear from someone 2-3 days later. DO NOT BUY A DYNASTY SPA!!!! I'm from nearby northwest Georgia, and hate to hurt our own economy any worse, but spending your hard earned money with these people is a HUGE mistake!!

I have been using Shamwow as an paper towel alternative in kitchen for more than 6 months. I started with a bunch from Costco for around $30.

As per their advertisement, the Shamwow actually absorb more water than other towels do. But it doesnt long. If you try to use it repeatedly for a week, the capactiy really goes down and it becomes an ordinary towel. But i found one difference between this and also other normal cloth towels. Since the shamwow is made up of material with tiny pores the food particles doesnt get inside and so if wont start to give bad smell as other cloth towels.

Shamwow doesnt really lasts longer, a towel can last just two to three weeks with repeated use.

don't be fooled by the reputation of GE. i unfortunately doubted all the bad reviews and justified buying it anyway b/c 1) they were probably just those people that can never be satisified or 2) they just got a bad inventory and 3) it looked 'cooler' than the other brands. well, i got what i deserved! it looks nice alright, but every appliance is terrible!!! only appliance i am happy with is my refrigerator b/c it's an LG. the microwave broke after 2 years, the flat top takes forever to boil water and they blamed it on the fact that i didn't have the right pots (sorry, i didn't realize i needed to buy designer pots to use my oven), and parts of my dishwasher rack broke off and is rusted. and nevermind the fact that i rarely cook and eat at home so after very infrequent use it was like this. and that thing you call customer service, they don't know the meaning of the word. ignore this review with the other ones and you'll wish 2 years from now you listened.

and to the one good reviewer, this is not the same person giving it another bad review. maybe they're just crappy appliances and you just somehow got lucky or you've never had correctly functioning appliances, so any improvement seems like a miracle.

DO NOT BUY GE APPLIANCES, YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE I DO. these reviews exist for a reason. i wish i hadn't been so arrogant and assumed everyone else was wrong.
