When it comes to TV and favorite TV shows, the only thing better than watching them is talking about them with other people who also love to watch. Share the "!!!" moments and rate the cast and characters. Review the good, the bad, and the super trashy (but surprisingly addictive) shows on TV. Newlywed Game--I do not like the show because I believe it is degrading to the people on it and to the institution of marriage. By airing this show, the network has infused immorality into its otherwise wholesome line.
Recently, however, it has taken yet another step downward with its new commercials for the Newlywed Game. Even non-viewers of the show are now subjected to its peepshow brand of humor. In these spots, a woman, in an office
situation, is asked inappropriate questions about her love life with her husband.

I suppose that this sort of thing sells soap, so to speak. But at what cost. I am hoping that GSC can continue to challenge the mind and entertain
without seeking to compete with channels which are aimed at the lower levels to which people can descend.

I would request that if necessary this message be routed to the appropriate party.

Thank you.

That was awesome.

Ironic that it usually takes the court jester to point out some of the absurdities of the political system.

Stewart is right; many of these partisaned debate obscure the true nature of the issues, the facts are lost in a ball of personal invective.

I wouldn't call it particularly uncomfortable, but I do find it ironic that an obscure (to Americans) Irish television interviewer asked Bush tougher questions than any of the so-called hard-ball types in the U.S. mass-media.

Reminded me of the kind of "fights" most of us had in the schoolyard in elementary school.

"I dare ya to say that again"

"Oh yeah, what are you going to do about it."

"Say it again and you'll see."

"You and whose army..."

Calling Jim Rome a "reporter" is something of a stretch, and besides he has always bored me senseless. I thought Jack Rose, the character played by John McGinley in "Any Given Sunday" and supposedly based on Rome was far more interesting.

I don't see this as uncomfortable. More like laughable. Green was clearly just wanting to duck questions after another bad beat.

Coaches getting bent out of shape with a mike in front of them is always good for some entertainment though.
