As with any company, your employees are the first thing that people see, but after a brief investigation I found out that Alliance has a strong reputation of hiring felons.
As high as 80% of their employees are felons, 95% of the workers have no education and fewer than 5% have a hs diploma. I found an ex-con that spent more than ten years in prison for murdering a long-term employee.
There are also prior drug dealers, people with aggrivated assault, people that rob and steal, home invasions, etc... and to top it off, Alliance has been fined tens of thousands of dollars by OSHA for a number of health violations at their East Point plant during the last 2 years.
They have been raided by immigration for hiring illegal Mexican immigrant workers and had a partnership with Bane Staffing who supplies them with the illegal workers.
I guess it just goes to show, that if you have had a run in with the law and/or prison time, Alliance will open it's doors to the criminals of the world.
This message was created so that unsuspecting businesses can make an informed decision before hiring this company for contract work - mainly hospitals - where there are unsuspecting patrons and staff alike.
