GREAT company!
I work second shift and live in the west burbs. Last Friday when I got home my carbon dioxide detector was going off. Opened the windows, grab the cell phone and head outside to call the fire department. (not fun is understating things)
Fire department rolls up around 2 in the morning and after an hour or so they tell me the cause of the alarm is my furnace. So, no heat till it gets fixed... time to grap some blankets and the phone book!.
End up calling Four Seasons and talked to the sweet sounding lady on the phone, in less then an hour a Technician is at my door and within 15 minutes he's identified the "heat exchanger" as the problem and tells me they always check this during there routine maintenance and that all there techs have training on this and are certified.
Not only that, this weekend they managed to squeeze me in and install a newer more energy efficient furnace. Not the expense I wanted to make right now, but between the rebates and savings in my gas bill I should come out a head in the long run.
Bottom line, the tech I dealt with was informative, showed up when it worked for me, and didn't charge me anything extra for it. On top of it, they figured out the problem and even showed me the cracks after the old unit was pulled which was a scary sight. Plus my new furnace includes the checks that would have caught this problem early on and puts me a head in the long run.
Don't know the details of any of the bad reviews here, however these guys exceeded my expectations in just about every conceivable way.
