I had an awful experience with the service department at Mountain States Toyota, but the service department manager, Jeff, worked to help make the situation right. I took my Sienna in for routine maintenance and was told that I needed several other repairs done on it. $700 later I took the van home and in 10 days was greeted with a check engine light. Upon taking it back in, Eric and Mike (an assistant service manager) told me that a sensor had failed and that "things break" and it wasn't their responsibility to fix it. The car is only 5 years old and never had any problems until they worked on it. Eric and Mike were unwilling to stand behind the Toyota name brand and their service. I spoke with their manager the following week and he was very professional, willing to stand behind their quality of service, and he understood our frustrations. It was nice to see a higher level of integrity in their manager and the service personnel we dealt with the second time around.
