I had direct contact with this Dr. and her staff. The "Doctor" is dishonest and this office charges for procedures without first clearing with patient and in my case charged for procedure after I specifically told staff and Doctor that i did not want procedure. I contacted VSP and they (VSP) worked out a settlement which the Dr. did not honor. Formal complaint filed with VSP. This person should stop those hideous lip injections and loose her license. STAY AWAY.
