This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had to deal with involving a vehicle accident insurance claim. After an automobile accident, the local sheriff's department had my vehicle towed to this hell hole. The idiots in the office are extremely rude, very arrogant, and are clearly scamming insurance companies on storage fees. Even my insurance rep. told me that he thought that these arrogant people were impossible to deal with. Completely unprofessional company. I recommend that anyone who comes across this company's listing in the yellow pages, or online looking for towing service, go further down the listings and look for a more reputable company. This company actually rates at zero stars.
