Watch giving them a credit card. They will charge it without your knowledge.
Then try and get a credit. Good Luck.
Their policy is NO Refunds, No matter what.
They will give you a credit towards other tans, but no refund.
Do yourself a favor and check around for reputable tanning businesses.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location. I got the same BS from their corp offices.
