We awoke to their lawn crew mowing the IPL substation at 5:45 Tuesday morning. When I approached the crew they were apologetic but the office gal on the walkie talkie "I don't care! Tell her we are just doing our job" (I can't even begin to put the proper affliction that she had in her voice). I called IPL as well as the company. I was assured the manager would call me back...
There are too many copmanies that treat people with respect and common courtesy to ever let this one into your neighborhood!!
It's been a couple of days since I have called the main office to complain about the 5:45 mowing and no one has bothered to call me back. IPL has had two representatives but the manager (Iwana, not sure of the spelling) hasn't even made the effort to apologize and promise to not mow before dawn!
Obviously not a very professional company.....and I am sure that the owner (grandfather,who started the company) has NO idea his staff doesn't return phone calls and can't even pretend to be polite!!!!!
