I would say that if superteks has the best priced product and you can buy from it knowing that the product is probably the same as products from higher priced places. Also, their customer service is timely and they do a decent job of trying to make things right. Their website could use some work to better inform the consumer. However, overall this is a good website to use.
I bought a Microsoft Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse for about $63 but what I received was not complete from them because it was an OEM product without the bluetooth connector. This greatly upset me because the website had no information about the product other then that it was OEM. When I researched what that meant I felt that I would be receiving a complete product, perhaps refurbished, which I was okay with. What I received though was blue tooth keyboard and mouse without the bluetooth adapter.
Fortunately when I wrote to them, Leland explained that this was a problem that they were researching, which others had the same problem with. He gave me $5.00 off the purchase of an OEM Targus bluetooth adapter which placed the cost at around 12.00 more for me. The total purchase now being $75 for a microsoft bluetooth keyboard and mouse.
I am not sure how others would respond to this but I feel that SuperTeks is trying to do a good job and I feel satisfied, though a little disappointed. I would have preffered completely free shipping and handling or an offer for full refund but they did a sastisfactory job in my mind. The big point for me was how quickly and proffesionaly they responded to my emails.
