If you are looking for movers, by all means, AVOID USING BEST MOVING VAN LINES!!! It has been a nightmare dealing with these guys. Their sales rep Hannah was very helpful and friendly at negotiation stage and promised she will be there for you from start to finish. Do not fall into this trap because the truth is, you will never hear her again. Their driver at pick up day who speaks limited English was very rude and would force you to sign empty forms before they begin loading stuff. When you ask why you need to sign on empty forms, he would say, it has always been done that way and that is not changing today. Afterwards, he would show you another quote based on his visual estimate, which would be more than double the original quote and will be the basis of the partial payment, plus charge you with rediculously high packing materials and packing fees, warehouse fees, and other fees not mentioned in the original quote. On delivery day, you deal with guys from a different company who refuse to assemble stuff when it is supposed to be included in the service. Some of the furnitures were damaged and I would never understand why they charged so much in packing materials and still get your mattress muddy dirty. Overall, dealing with Best Moving Van Lines is a total nightmare!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE BUT DO NOT USE BEST MOVING VAN LINES!!!SAVE YOURSELF SOME STRESS AND ANGUISH...DO NOT USE BEST MOVING VAN LINES!!!
