My 2002 VW Passat was badly damaged during a collision--nearly broadsided, full air bag deployment and left for a 'total' diagnosis by the insurance company. The vehicle had high mileage but had been babied so was in fantastic condition for its actually mileage. My AutoCrafters rep walked me through the ordeal and patiently waited for me to get a proper settlement or begin repairs. The insurance company vaccillated back and forth on repair then total then repair and total staus AGAIN. The process took almost 5 months but Insurer finally agreed to full repair. well the auto had sat on the AC lot for quite a while but was back in EXCELLENT shape in a very reasonable amount of time. I had one return visit--they didnt inconvenience me by keeping the car--in and out in under an hour. They had to have pulled somebody off a job to work on mine because this location is always busy. The vehicle is still on the road with nearly 150,000 miles at this writing. Best repair experience I've ever had.
