After my accident, my wrecked car was taken to Thornhill. I was hospitalized so my friend went to try and obtain my personal effects that had remained in the car. He was treated abysmally by two women, one of whom was named Candy. He was told that in order to obtain the items, he needed a statement from me saying he was able to do so. He returned to the hospital, I gave him my driver's license and the statement. He returned to Thornhill only to be told (again, rudely) that he was not allowed to even SEE the car. I was hospitalized for three days, and during that time he finally received the information from Thornhill that a statement from me was fine as long as it was witnessed. We did that and he once again returned to Thornhill. He collected my belongings (which had been taken from my car by Thornhill prior to his arrival) but when he returned to the hospital, I asked where my watch was, which I had left in a compartment on the dashboard. When asked, Thornhill said no watch was found. This was an expensive watch and I know it was in the car, along with my glasses, shoes and a book, when I was taken by ambulance to the hospital. I plan on filing a formal complaint against Thornhill with the Better Business Bureau as well as an organization who deals with complaints against this type of business. I encourage others to do so as well, based on the fact that their general attitude is appalling, helpful customer service non-existent, and they are thieves as well. We DO NOT need businesses like this operating without accountability and a sense of responsbility towards consumers.

Wow! Is one word to explain it all My husband and I both had an amazing experience at Premier Dental Care. From the time I walk in the door, the environment was warm and welcoming. I was immediately greeted with a welcoming smile, with this being my first time there it felt like it wasn't. The beautiful enivornment and decor was well above the typical dental office. From the doctors to the rest of the staff everyone was well informed, and took the neccessary time to make sure I was explained everything. I must admit at first I was skeptical, but am now excited that I made the switch from my old dentist who didn't have near the equipment and technology like Premier Dental Care. My husband and I was blown away by how awesome our experience was, and are now excited and happy to have dental treatment done.

He has done a GREAT job with all of my clothes! If he is not busy working on LSU uniforms in Aug. he can usually have your dress or jeans ready the next day.
