She still wouldn't understand it even if someone sat down and explained it to her. I don't think she's got a brain in that mindless head of hers. And all she's doing is getting WORSE.

I usually TIVO the show and hit 30 seconds forward quite often. I can usually watch the hour show in about 25 minutes. I know they're trying not to give out a lot of money, so they waste a lot of time with family telling people what to do. That part is boring. It is kind of fun just watching someone open cases to see what kind of money they make, and I know they need the "drama" of family and friends and it works well to TIVO and just FF a lot.
Now that it's on about 5 times a day on GSN, it's a little boring. I can't watch them a second time! So I usually switch channels.

Boy, this hasn't been updated in a  while!  It says she's one of the hosts on THE VIEW? She got out of that hell show a while ago. I like Rosie. She's a genuine "good gal."  She's very down to earth....and very loud.  But I always enjoyed her show and I liked her on The View. Actually, I'd never watched The View until she was hired on it for the year. With her gone, the show is just a horrible show that Elizabeth Hasselbeck takes over on a daily basis. Rosie didn't put up with ANY of Lizzy's CRAP.  So I say GO ROSIE. Since you left, I tried watching for a few months, but finally just gave up cause I can't stand Lizzie either!
I'm sorry Rosie left and Elizabeth stayed....Elizabeth needed to leave about 7 years ago [or before she took the job]

Yea, I'm beginning to think they really like her for her stupidity.

It can't be cause she looks good....she looks like she's carrying a pig! And then there are people that think she's smart. Does that say something about THEM?? I usually don't ever have a total dislike for someone, but I really can't stand her. I used to watch and gripe. Then Bonnie Hunt started coming on opposite THE VIEW and it's just refreshing. Bonnie will actually say "I don't know" ....have you ever heard Hassel do that?? NO...if she doesn't know something, she screams louder, thinking it will make her right! So I just don't watch anymore...I'm sorry, cause I really do like Whoopi and Joy, but 1 bad apple spoils the whole batch. [I do not like OLD Mother Walters either...that's another disgrace to TV!]

I couldn't add anything to what you said. You have her summed up PERFECTLY!! She is the dumbest thing I've ever seen on TV! I QUIT watching the show just because of her.
And, you know, SHE is the reason they weren't nominated for ANYTHING this year. What a shame that she sucks the good out of Whoopi and Joy. She's even dumber than Sherri!

I like Ellen. When her show first started, it was a fun show to watch. After 6 years, it's sort of all the same. Right now, the way she recaps things and shows parts of shows from yesterday "if you didn't catch the show" is such a waste of time. I usually will forward through the dancing...it's OK if you only have to watch 10 seconds of it instead of 90...her "milking the applause" at the beginning of the show--waiting 2+ minutes before telling the people to stop is a time waster/killer. Letterman is into his monologue within 30 seconds of the applause. I do TIVO the show daily and forward through what I don't want to watch. I do pretty much at least watch SOME of the show on a daily basis. I'd still give Ellen at least 4 stars!

Joy is a really funny lady! And it's so great when she puts Elizabeth in her place. She and Whoopi make a great team. It really is too bad, though, that the shows creators are so dumb that they leave that stupid blond girl on the show day after day. Joy really has a sense of humor and never takes anything majorly seriously, unlike Elizabeth whose face would crack if she ever smiled. I'd LOVE to see the show that Joy and Whoopi have on the road. I bet that's great [and a chance to see them WITHOUT whiny Elizabeth]

I'd be happy to sign a petition against this IDIOT without a brain! Just post where you'll host the website. I could probably get about 50 people to sign cause I don't know ANYONE that likes her....well, except for people as DUMB as she is....those are the ones that back everything she says and worship the ground that she walks on!

I have never been a Walters fan. She needed to retire about 30 years ago. Now she looks like some old prune trying to be popular and stay on TV....she'll never give up. With the way THE VIEW is these days with her keeping Elizabeth Hasselbeck instead of just cutting her loose, I can't stand to even try to watch the show. When they're BOTH there, it's more than I can take, so I just switch channels. Hasselbeck is BAD enough without both being there at the same time!
