This was wonderful! I could not lose weight for the life of me and I took this for just one month, and it started my system back up! Now I am back where I was when I was 19. I went from a size 12 to a 6 in a few months. Plus it makes you feel great and motivated to do anything, and curbs your appetite to help train your body as to the amount you should be eating. You can only take it 3 months at a time. But hopefully you will have learned how to eat right so you can continue losing weight after getting off of it. You do need to have a BMI of 27 I believe to take it at first. (different people and websites say different things, I am going by what my doctor said.)
