Despite being a fantastic leader in the NYPD task and keeping his calm in the boardroom, I think he will need a few more years of experiance and I think then he will go places. He did a good job though for the fact he was very young.

Yes, I did give him a two only because of SO many reasons. Well, not really anyone liked him except for maybe Wes and Jenn. Plus, in the 1st., 6th., 7th., 11th., and 12th. tasks, he was in the boardroom. That is WAY too many times to be in the boardroom. He never steps up for himself either, and when in the 12th. task, he just let eveything go by as it was. He's only an OK leader, but he is a pretty bad player. The only reason why he got a 2 was because he did very good in the 8th. task.

A very smart guy, considering his age. He lacks though when it comes to maturity. And he loves to point out that he is the youngest and people are picking on him because of that. It became old.

I think Andy has done a great job, especially for a fresh grad. I know Mr. Trump said the women ate him alive in the boardroom, on the contrary, I appluade Andy for keeping his cool and not bicker the way the two women did. So to Andy, I know youll have a great future, good luck and God bless!! You're the best!!, p.s. I even think you're better than Kelly. But as they always say, you may not have the vast experience that he has, but you can do a lot better than him.

The kid is alright, but his youth was his undoing in the end. Got played by Jenn. M. in the boardroom when he got fired.

I really hope he wins, because he is a great leader. He shouldn't be nominated to the boardroom on episode 11, because he did quite well. I love his and Sandy's personality. I really hope they will make it into the final four.

This guy is the underdog, and he is doing a great job. I was really glad that he has not been fired and that trump sees potential in him, i have a strong feeling he will win this one!

Young dude really came in strong with the NYPD project. He may have put himself in the front of the pack. Youth is irrelevant to winning or how qualified you are. I'm sure Mr. Trump was moving mountains at 23.

10/05..Wet behind the ears and untested as yet but I like his attitude and his sense of humor. Seems to be a team player. 10/20..After last week's boardroom I'm starting to get the impression that the other guys really do have it in for him. Mr. Trump noted the same thing. 10/28.. Great job as a team leader. I was especially pleased to see that he managed to keep Kelly in his place and did not let him take over.

I don't get why everyone picks on him because he is so young. He made one bad move losing the phone, but maybe now that he has lead a team to victory, people will stop doubting him.
