05/02/2008 | Memorable bass player. . .Collins was so good as a bassist he could front bands and acts and pull it off rather well. If you heard him, you'd never forget him.

11/07/2006 | Dude. Few come with a better CV than Bootsy. Bassman with JB and both Parliament and Funkadelic not to mention a co-wrtier on some of P-Funks greatest tunes. One of the most orginal sounds in bassdom to boot. His solo work was variable but he still came up with some monster grooves.
