If you want to keep your money safe, don't use keybank .They make major errors, then charge a another fee on your account .Don't direct deposit at all .SAM

I have had my checking account, saveings account, and home equity account with Key Bank for years. They have always treated me good.

This bank is the worst you could borrough money from. If you are late with a payment,they do not accept any hospital or death in the family. What kind of bullshit is this. They are cheap and the workers are not very polite. If I had the money I would pay them off if I could. I dislike them alot. They do not work with you they go against you. thank you DAA

They charge fees on everything if you have the standard checking account. For using your debit card. For using another bank's ATM - yes, they charge you a fee in addition to the fee charged by the bank that owns the ATM so you get charge twice for one transaction. For using your card abroad. Etc.

Key Bank keeps your money safe, and the tellers there are very nice, and they give out candy canes and junior mints.
