This is one of those services that you're not going to use very often, but when you need it, it's great. SlideShare lets you find and share PowerPoint presentations on any topic. From a sharing perspective, it tracks views, and allows you to cluster presentation by tag. For example, if you go to a conference, it's an easy matter to track down all of the presentations for later consumption if they have been tagged appropriately.

They also offer widgets that let you distribute the presentations from your blog or sns profile.

I guess the easiest way to think of SlidShare is as YouTube for PowerPoint.
