The good: to-do lists, Gantt Charts, custom workflows, I especially like project blogs and the superb email integration, and the ticketing system is great as well

The bad: a little slow, too few training materials, some bugs

Overall we love it, we started to use it for free, but when we needed more advanced features we had to upgrade to a paid version, and we are satisfied. I think it offers the best feature/price
